S&V Automotive is committed to bringing you quality products at competitive prices. Due to currency fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any and all specials without prior notice. Advertised prices are applicable to in-stock items only.

PAYMENT
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted.
All orders will be paid in United States funds.
Money Orders and checks will be accepted, but orders will he held until the funds clear the bank.
COD orders will not be accepted.

SHIPPING 

S&V Automotive (PipercrossUSA) ships via UPS and USPS.
Unless specified otherwise ground service will be used.
Normal USA domestic delivery time is 2-5 days. 
All orders incur non-refundable shipping and handling charges.
COD orders will not be accepted.
All orders shipped to an Ohio address will be charged the applicable state sales tax.

DAMAGES
S&V Automotive packages every order with care to ensure that it arrives undamaged. It is your responsibility to inspect the packages upon delivery and make the delivering carrier aware of any damages. If there is damage please contact the carrier, not S&V Automotive. The carrier will advise you of the proper procedure to make a claim. If those procedures are not followed, the carrier may not honor the claim.

RETURNS 

All returns must have prior approval from S&V Automotive LLC.
Contact S&V Automotive to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be accepted without the RA number. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee. No returns will be allowed by S&V Automotive after 14 days of receipt of parts.

There will be no refunds on shipping and handling charges or sales tax.

All returned parts must not have been installed, altered, disassembled or abused and be in saleable condition. They must be returned in the original packaging.
